We’ve had a great start to our final school term for 2020. A little short for our year 12s though with their end of year assessments coming up, they had their final day of scheduled sessions last week. Our whole school assembling was a celebration of their achievements and contributions to our school during their time at the ASMS. There were mixed feelings of excitement and trepidation as the year 10 & 11s farewelled our year 12s with our traditional walk through the archway created by students & teachers. This year we have had to make some changes to our Presentation Night due to COVID requirements, I am pleased we have been able to find a way to acknowledge this important life milestone for our 2020 Year 12s and look forward to seeing them and their families on the night at Thebarton Theatre.

Now the final few weeks of 2020 for our Year 10 & 11s which I am sure will go all too quickly! We will celebrate their achievements and contributions at a school assembling before they head off for a much-needed break! The year has brought many challenges, one during which our students and staff have had to be agile and resilient. Attributes that have ensured learning has been embraced and students have felt supported. Thanks to all for your ongoing support of the ASMS community!
