Today as part of our International Science Fair, students went on excursions around Adelaide to continue their research for their challenge-based learning problems.

Destinations included visiting North Terrace to inspect the variety of architecture; the New Venture Institute at Flinders for work on both robotic programming and rocket car design; Rundle Mall for investigating business ideas and approaches for the students undertaking the Dragon’s Den; the Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Gardens to investigate environmental challenges for the ‘Fight for the Future’ group; and even the Royal Adelaide Show – for Citizen Science, as well as the ‘What happens if cars of the future go rogue?’ group of students. A busy day for everyone involved!
