Heron Island Science Excellence Camp | Queensland, 28 November – 6 December 2021
This exciting research trip to Heron Island is a joint venture with Corinda and Centenary State High Schools in Queensland and will allow students from these schools to work alongside UQ marine scientists at the Heron Island Research Station.
- Fly to Brisbane then travel by bus to Gladstone and then via catamaran to Heron Island
- Cost to student is approximately $2,000. This includes all transport, meals, accommodation at the Heron Island Research Station, research materials, boating and snorkelling activities and equipment (mask, snorkel, fins and full-length wetsuit).
