The Dream Design Develop course has had an engaging start in 2020. Students are gaining a variety of future-based knowledge and skills, that will support them in their adult working lives.

  • Future Technology – students have been practising skills in precision and communicating ideas through technical drawing, 3D modelling/printing, Arduino programming and/or other software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc. They also had the option to experience virtual and augmented reality platforms.
  • Being Human, when surrounded by a digital world – students have gotten in touch with what it means to be human, what makes us unique, how we need to be real with one another, connect, collaborate and do the things that the machines of the future cannot do.

Ask your student what they have been doing in their classes, what they found interesting, and what they think is valuable to know for their future.
