In Engineering a Monster the year 10 / 11 cohort has been working hard to finish their engineering projects. Some of the amazing projects include; an energy generating flying fox, a magnus effect drone, a reusable silicone pet brush, flat-pack refugee housing, edible water spheres, and even a road infrastructure for autonomous cars. This list barely scratches the surface of cool things being made around here!

Students have also been evaluating the results of their mathematical models and design tests, and finalising their collaborative inquiry journal to produce an authentic connection between Science, Maths and English communication disciplines.

Students will soon be preparing to showcase their EaM learning journey in week 6 at the FrankenFest, so stay tuned for the invitation to attend!

Please ask your child about their project experiences in Engineering a Monster lately and all of the interesting things they are doing in their class!
