Body in Question (BIQ) is one of our long standing Central Studies that has been studied since the ASMS first opened. It has undergone a number of iterations but at its core still asks students to think about their body and their health from a number of perspectives. The first module, Personal and Social, engages students in thinking about their personal health as well as community health and the importance of health data and statistics.

Our next module is called Going Viral and has students take a deep dive into disease, the causes and spread of disease and immerses them in a real-time story about the outbreak of a disease and how data and statistics are important in understanding and managing its spread.

Please ask your child to show you the activites and rescources they have engaged in on our portal page.
