日本からのご挨拶 – Greetings from Japan!

Susan Hyde (our Principal), Lauren Haggis (EALD Leader), and two Year 11 students have travelled to Japan at the invitation of the Hiroshima University. Whilst in Hiroshima, the students will stay with Japanese families, and still attend school. They will also participate in a research activity, and present the finding of their research on ‘the effects of gibberellic acid on plant growth’ at a poster presentation event. Susan Hyde will also give presentations about the schools learning programs.

At the same time, the ASMS is hosting a class of students from Osaka Kokusai Owada School in Japan, who are learning about Australian high school culture from observing our classes – a great way to exchange information!
