Learning Commons
The learning commons are flexible learning spaces which can accommodate groups of students. Workstations, data projectors and speaker systems in learning commons means that students can access a lecture, discuss ideas as a class or work in small groups depending on the task at hand.
Studios
Studios are specialized learning areas. Science, control technology, human movement, and audio visual studios have been equipped with the latest learning tools.
Video Conference Room
A multiscreen videoconference facility allows face to face contact with students and academics from all over the globe.
Joint Use
Earth Science labs, located in the Earth sciences wing of Flinders University are three laboratories used by ASMS students. Here students have access to Flinders University’s resources.
Sturt Library
ASMS have access to a section of Flinders University’s Library facilities
DeCafe
A cafeteria is provided for ASMS students by Flinders University
Gym
Students can practice team sports and take part in social competitions in the Sturt Gym
Oval
An expansive lawned area next to the ASMS is available for organized games and other recreational activities
